2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the Material: A description of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district, or if you are outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal courts in any district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

3. Repeat Infringers
Pikashow.tools reserves the right to terminate, without notice, any user accounts that are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once or has had infringing material removed from our website more than once.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
